72HOURS INSULIN COOLER FLASK

【Purpose】

Mainly to be used to store and transport the  insulin in use and all medicines required to storage at normal room temperature (2℃-25℃) condition.(Not be used to contain drink or other liquid as a vacuum flask or cup.)

【Principle】The coolant inside the flask can absorb heat and keep temperature in the flask at 18-20℃ for 72 hours even in the 35℃ climate.

【How to use】

1. The product is based on the super vacuum thermos, please be careful to avoid violent collision which may damage the vacuum

2.Summer condition, 3 ways to cool down the coolant inside(cool storage),when the flask internal temperature to 2℃-15℃ ,it means the completion of cool storage.When cool charging in the freezer or refrigerator,flask shall be open the lid and place the thermometer in the flask.

2.1 Freezer：Leave the flask open in the freezer(-15℃ below) for 10-12 hours, to make full cool charging(the charging time is different from the different temperature of freezer). When making full cool charging, then can be used or placed in the fridge for use. If longer time may result in overcooling (<2℃), can be filled with the room temperature water(usually 20℃）into the flask. After 5-10 minutes, when the internal temperature of flask up to 2℃ or above, please drain of water and dry liner, then can be used;If the temperature is still less than 2℃,then repeat above steps, and till to the temperature up to 2℃ or above.

2.2Fridge: Leave the flask open in the fridge all the time, make it ready to use. It takes 30hours to make full cool charging depending on the fridge temperature. It is recommended the knob to be adjusted to higher number(4or 5) to have the fridge temperature as 2℃.

2.3Coldwater：While traveling, filled with cold water（about 4℃） into the flask twice(each time for 30 minutes), then the flask internal temperature can be kept at 18℃ for 24hours.

3.Winter condition, 2 ways to make the heat storage, the flask temperature at 19℃-25℃means the completion of heat charging.

3.1 Room temperature：leave flask open in the room with temperature higher than 19℃(but lower than 25℃) all the time and it will be ready to use when going out.

3.2Hot water：put in 40℃ water to heat the flask higher than 19℃ but lower than 25℃. Never put in hot water(50℃ above) as it may damage the plastic interior wall.

4. The coolant can be used as freezing & melting media for unlimited times.
